Mental Health and Recovery Center
|

| To receive services from the Mental Health Center of Clinton County, you must go to the site and complete initial paperwork(which takes about 10-15minutes).
The Mental Health Center is located at 953 S. South Street , Wilmington, next to Community Market. The phone number is 383-4441. Please take any insurance information and proof of income, although there is typically no cost for services provided to children under the age of 18. |
