Foundation Grants

The Wilmington Schools Foundation (WSF) provides an opportunity for Alumni, friends, corporations, and foundations to charitably support Wilmington City Schools to enhance the education environment of students, faculty, and staff.  

If you would like to apply for a grant from the Foundation for th e2020-2021 school year please review the guidelines, then submit your application before the dealine.

FinalForms

We are excited to announce that  Wilmington City School District is launching FinalForms, an online forms system that will help us boost compliance and safety. FinalForms allows you to view coach, parent, and athlete information including eligibility and compliance statuses from your computer, tablet, or mobile device. 

The best news is: FinalForms eliminates your paperwork! 

IMPORTANT! You will receive an ‘Account Confirmation Email’ from the FinalForms mailman (mailman@finalforms.com) in the near future. Please click the link, confirm your account, create a password, and login. If you do not see an email please check your SPAM folder.

You may login any time to view information including emergency medical contacts and information

For additional guidance, once logged in, click YOUR NAME in the upper right corner, then click 'Admin Playbook'.

If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click 'Use Support'. 

 

Visitor Screening

Also new this year, is our  visitor screening program from Raptor Technologies. Now visitors will have a badge with their name, photo, date, time, and desitination, so you will know who they are and where they are supposed to be. If you see a stranger in the building without one, then you'll know they did not go through the office. Your buildings will go over specific procedures for handling this.

EPC Wellness Program 2019-20

EPC Wellness is excited to kick off the new program year! The EPC Wellness Program runs from October 1st through May 31st each year. Benefits elected employees are eligible to participate. New users can create an EPC Wellness account by visiting www.epcwellness.org. If you participated in the EPC Wellness Program last year you will use the same username and password you created.

By completing these three easy steps you will be on your way to earning up to 100 wellness dollars redeemable in the form of ONE (1) $100 gift card!

Step 1: Complete your Personal Health Assessment (PHA)

Step 2: Complete any TWO wellness workshops (new workshops are being offered this year) 
            OR Complete ONE Wellness Challenge

Step 3: Redeem your wellness dollars in the Hallmark Gift Card Center
