  • Class of 2021 and prior years - Email requests to tammy.gregory@wilmington.k12.oh.us
    Include: Full Name, Graduation Year, Date of Birth, and where you need the transcripts sent

• Work Permits
  • Student Instructions (doc)
  • Work Permit Application (pdf)
  • Physician's Certificate (pdf) - Required if you do not have a physical on file within the last year
